We had a great experience renting a car for 5days 4 night in Kota Kinabalu. The booking process was smooth and communication was fast and clear. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time upon arrival.
Pick-up and drop-off were hassle-free at Airport arrival, and the staff were friendly and professional communications through whapssap. The vehicle was comfortable and perfect for exploring around KK and nearby areas. Asked for a small car but was upgraded for a bigger car. Price is recommended. RM 570 for 5days. We drove to kundasang with peace of mind.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu. Will definitely rent again!

Easy to communicate with the company’s representatives. Prompt delivery of car by Farryzal. But returned of the car took some time probably because (my fault) I did not give advance notice of the time and place. Overall, great experience!

We rent car with this CLL Car Rent Adventure @ KK with Floria with a good negotiable price for 6day from 26th May from KK collected car to our stay (FOC) - Kundasan - Sandakan airport drop off car charge in total @ RM1400.00 very good price.
On that day this guy (Shah) delivery the car at time 6pm was after work busy time very jam & raining day. Car was wet, check car condition, have some miner sketch on the car, this guy take picture & marking on paper. Car petrol was 2 level. Shah request sent him back to his off, cos of no one at that time to sent him. The trip normal take 16min/9.5km - 20min/11km. I'll end up sent him back to his off & back was about 2h+-. Ask shah sent me the picture he take. but didn't get it. That was still OK. I'll have requested a car phone holder earlier with Floria. End up didn't get it. Petrol was 1 level left. Internal car side retractable mirror have button problem also. take picture sent to shah for prove all done on that day. Thx Floria. 👍🏻
On the Day drop off car at Sandakan airport. This guy (Sudiman) who come to collect car. He check the car in detail like with microscope. This guy saying there was many sketch at this car. have some problem deal with this guy. We handle this care with care & even wash this was in & out before hand over. Cos I don't have the detail car picture taken by the guy (Shah). End up I call Shah to talk to this guy & all settle & done. Just be-careful with this kind of situation & this people next time. is an experience for me.
Last is have a good journey to all. Thx to Floria(4star) & Shah (5star). Cos of this guy Sudiman, I give 4 star.

CLL provided the best car rental service i have received in my life. They were incredibly accommodating for us picking up and leaving the hire car in different locations and generally very competitive with the price they offer.
More importantly however, they are there for their customers in tough times. To elaborate, we had a crash with a driver while using the hire car (see picture below). The team at CLL guided us through the whole procedure in a calm and very professional manner. I truly considered this excellent service above and beyond what they are required to do.
All my compliments to CLL. I could not recommend them enough.

There are some mis-communication but CLL has provide professional advice and honor their promise. The collection of the rental car is smooth. The condition of the car is good too. I rented a small car for a trip across to Sandakan and the tip of Borneo, and got a free upgrade to a bigger car. Excellent service and very good and quick communication (contact them via WhatsApp). Very flexible when I asked to extend the rental for a few more days. Thank you 🙏

Just one important point: if you plan to pay by credit card, tell them in advance so that the delivery or pick-up driver brings a card machine along. If forgot that on the pick-up, but then managed to pay via Grab.
